It's time for PACE today. Some of you wondered what happend to our Drama committee, well DACE evolved into PACE. The Performance Arts Committee of Etcetera focusses on performances such as plays, audiobook readings, opera's and much more. In this committee the stage is your's to organise.

You might think: I like plays but i do not want to act in a play? No problem, performing is not obligated in this committee. But if you want to play you are welcome to.

Tomorrow the applications will open at 19:00 at the start of the committee drinks. The location of the drink is due to circumstances not final. It will either be at the Gaeper or de Doelen. Stay in touch with our story tomorrow!

Today, we will introduce the Activities Committee Etcetera or ACE for friends.
ACE focusses on bringing students together with fun and relaxing events. With activities such as a karaoke night, a BBQ and an arts and crafts workshop, we will give you some time off with great people. Want to join us? From wednesday the 25th of september you can apply to be a member!

Not sure yet or overwhelmed by the number of committees? Don't worry cause Wednesday september 25th, we will tell you all about our amazing committees the roles in a committee or any other burning question you might have!
That evening on the 25th, the applications for the committees will open at 19:00, and we wil tell you how to apply to one of our committees? You can apply until the 9th of october!

The Academic year has begun! And… you survived your first classes and hopefully made some friends already or you have been here for some time already. No matter what your situation is: come join us for our Biweekly drinks at the Gaeper this Wednesday.

Take your friends along, or make some new ones along the way. The Drinks start at 19:00, but joining later at 20:00 for example is perfectly fine. The even if you are not an Etcetera member or are doubting if you should become a member: You are welcome at our drinks, if you are a member or not.

We at ACE think that no summer is complete without a good old BBQ! Meet (or should I say meat?) us at Westerpark, on June 19 at 18:00. We will share our live location in our group chat and on our story on the day of. Whether you want to chill with your classmates a little before they go back home or just don’t feel like cooking and doing groceries, we will provide everything you need to get you into the holiday spirit!

The year literally just flew by, didn’t it? We already arrived at the last book club of the year and are more than excited to share with you that we will be finishing off the year with a beautiful summer read, The house in the Cerulean Sea by T.J. Klune. The bookclub will be held outside in the last week of classes and snacks and drinks will be provided by us! We’ll let you know the exact date soon so we know we’ll have the beautiful weather seen in the book. See you there!

PS. The book can be bought at bookstore Athenaeum with a 10% discount upon showing your Etcetera membership.
