LACE 2016 – 2017

What does the LACE do? (the Literary Activities Committee Etcetera):
An enthusiastic group of people who will mostly be concerned with organizing exciting, humongous literary events. Examples of previous events are: The Open Conference: An Evening of Tolkien, Book My Valentine or The Literary Festival.

Hi there everyone!
We are this year’s brand new Literary Activities Committee Etcetera, but you can call us LACE!  On the left, there is Tessel van de Ven. She will be in charge of our precious money. Lillian van Dam is on the right and she will be this year’s secretary. The guy in our middle is Tim van Dort and he will be in charge of everything else. This all will be coordinated by our righteous chairwoman Tamar Aartsen.

Also, you can now join our group on Goodreads page called Lace-tips (pun intended). Every two weeks we will recommend one of our favourite books. And don’t be shy, you can post your own reviews, recommendations and literary outburst on the page as well.
If you have any questions or literary ideas, you can always contact us via our Facebook page.

We hope to see you at one of our events in the future! And remember, keep calm and carry on reading..
