With Pride We Welcome Our New Committee Members

LLACE

Chair Julie Thilges (She/They): Hobbies include (but not limited to): writing, reading, music, and hanging out with my favourite creature, aka my dog. I also have excellent taste in movies so come talk to me about Shrek, Zootopia, and OG Barbie.

Secretary / Treasurer Léa Vandervorst (She/Her): Something to know about me is that I never dress accordingly to the weather. If you see someone without a jacket under the rain it’s probably me. I can’t wait to organise fun events this year!!

PR Julia Lipska (She/Her): Hi all! I love drawing and making little art projects, so if you ever need someone to hang out and make macaroni necklaces with, you know where to find me! Anyway, I can’t wait to capture the genuine joy you will all surely experience when attending our events, so… Hope to see you soon? :)

ACE:

Chair / Treasurer Maria Dicianu (She/Her, They/Them): Hi, I’m the imposter among us, since I study Media and Culture.

Secretary Kiki van Heusden (She/Her): Hey everyone, I’m Kiki and I’m your new secretary of ACE. I’m really into all things vintage & retro so if you also have any particularly groovy interests, let’s discuss ’em!

PR: Babette Huigsloot (She/Her): I am what others might call an extrovert and thus love hanging out and going on adventures. I cannot wait to see all of you at all our cool events we will organise.

TraCE

Chair Kiki van Heusden (she/her): I look forward to exploring some fabulous destinations with all of you, visiting everything from bookstores and museums to wacky tourist traps and trashy souvenir shops. Tag along sometime this year and we’ll definitely have a great time!

Secretary Aoife van Opstal (She/Her): I love travelling and discovering new places. In my head I’m always making elaborate plans for a trip that will probably never happen. I would love to hear about your travels and/or plans, and very likely they’ll be added to the already existing travel plans in my head.

Treasurer / PR Casper van Soestbergen (He/Him): I love travelling and IMO there is nothing better than going to a hole in the wall, which slaps. I love to find these small places and spots and I save all of them in my notes app. So if you have any recommendations in Amsterdam or somewhere else I would love to hear ‘em.
